TikTok footage which has gone viral shows the hilarious moment where a Dublin seagull refuses to budge for frustrated gardai.
The bizarre clip shows the sassy seagull blocking a garda van from moving on a road in the Portobello area.
The video was filmed back in February but has gained traction on social media in recent days, clocking up 600,000 views so far.
In the clip, the stubborn seagull stands in the middle of a busy Dublin road and blocks a garda van in the process.
Gardai even attempted to move the seagull out of the way but they had no chance of getting the feisty bird to move.
The seagull refused to give up, giving the officers no choice but to pick up the bird and drop it off at the canal.
The hilarious video is captioned: "Five Gardai called out to deal with a suspicious seagull on the canal".
