Zendaya recently shared her feelings of nervousness leading up to the release of Luca Guadagnino's upcoming film, Challengers. The Emmy-winning actress took to Instagram to provide a glimpse behind the scenes of the movie, featuring her co-stars Mike Faist and Josh O'Connor.

In her Instagram post, Zendaya expressed her nerves about leading a film for the first time but also conveyed her gratitude for the support and encouragement she has received. She highlighted the talent and humor of her co-stars and hoped that audiences would enjoy the film.

The behind-the-scenes carousel included various clips, such as Zendaya working out with a bouncy ball and training on a tennis court, O'Connor attempting to flip a water bottle, and Faist in hair and makeup. The final video teased a scene from the movie where O'Connor and Faist kiss a tennis racquet with Zendaya's wig, hinting at a viral moment from the trailer.

Known for her role in Euphoria, Zendaya has been securing significant film projects, including her involvement in the Dune franchise. Prior to filming Challengers, she sought advice from her Dune co-star Timothée Chalamet on working with director Luca Guadagnino, whom Chalamet had previously collaborated with on Call Me By Your Name.

Challengers, a film produced by Zendaya, follows her character Tashi, a former tennis pro turned coach, as she navigates a complex dynamic between her husband Art (played by Faist) and his rival Patrick (played by O'Connor). The storyline revolves around a challenger event that Tashi organizes to reignite her husband's career.

The highly anticipated film is set to hit theaters on April 26, offering audiences a unique and compelling narrative brought to life by a talented cast and crew.
