Zayn Malik has become an uncle after his 17-year-old sister Safaa Malik gave birth to a baby girl.
The One Direction singer's brand new niece has been named Zaneyah, and weighed a healthy 8lb 3oz at birth.
Safaa and her new husband Martin Tiser, 18, shared the happy news on Instagram with a picture of their little bundle of joy to reveal her name.
Safaa and Martin got married in September 2019 in a traditional Muslim wedding ceremony called the Nikkah.
Two months later, she celebrated her impending birth with a pink-themed baby shower among her friends and family.
The glowing mum-to-be posed in a figure-flattering pink dress with a pale pink sash reading: "It's a baby girl."
"I won," she wrote on Instagram at the time.
Her and Zayn's proud mum Trisha was thrilled when Safaa and Martin tied the knot, and shared pictures of their big day with the caption: "My baby girls big day."
However, Safaa's big brother Zayn was reportedly not at the wedding ceremony, although he flew home days after her baby shower to see his family.
Safaa was instead supported by her dad Yaser and sisters Doniya and Waliyha.
Zayn's ex-girlfriend Gigi Hadid liked Safaa's post in support.
Sixth-form student Safaa married Martin three days after her 17th birthday, despite backlash from fans about her young age.
Zayn is based in the US but supports his family financially.
The Pillow Talk singer brought them a house and even pays his mum Trisha a wage.
