Zayn Malik has shared an insight into the way he and girlfriend Gigi Hadid are raising their daughter, Khai.
The 28-year-old former One Direction star became a dad for the first time last year when girlfriend Gigi, 26, gave birth to their daughter in September.
The musician says he now spends all his days looking after the two women in his life – but is able to work on his records in the evening.
Opening up about his new home life, Zayn explained that he and model and occasional reality star Gigi have found the perfect balance for work and home life.
He said on the Zach Sang podcast: “I’ve spent a lot of time with my little girl and my missus.
“When I can get the evening to myself I do a bit of writing and [Gigi] is really cool about it.”
He added, on the Zach Sang: Just The Interviews Podcast : “I related my album to my baby – it’s part of you and you want to share it with your world.”
Back in March, Zayn – who has been in a relationship with Gigi since 2015 – revealed his daughter has made first time parenting a breeze for both him and Gigi.
He told iHeartRadio: “Honestly, she’s an amazing baby.
“It’s been really easy for me and Gigi to kind of just ease into it.”
He also added: “She kind of made it easy for us – she sleeps really well, she loves her milk.
“It’s just feeding and changing diapers at the moment.”
