Zara Tindall made 'brutal' comment to Prince Harry at Princess Eugenie's wedding

It's rare that all members of the royal family get together for the same event - but they are always out in force when it comes to a royal wedding.

And one of the biggest weddings in recent years was just over four years ago when Princess Eugenie tied the knot with husband Jack Brooksbank.

The nuptials came several months after they revealed their engagement, with the official announcement coming on this day exactly five years ago.

Royal guests at the wedding included the late Queen and Prince Philip as well as her cousin Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle.

But there was one rather brutal comment one Eugenie's older cousins Zara Tindall was caught making to Harry as they watched the marriage service in St George's Chapel, Windsor.

Zara was seen leaning back to say a few words to Harry about his own wedding to Meghan, which had taken place just a few months before in exactly the same venue.

According to a lip reader, she told the prince: "It's very quiet compared to the screaming at your wedding."

In response, he asked: "Mine?"

Eugenie and Jack picked the same wedding venue as the Sussexes for their special day, but they were very different occasions.

Despite Harry being more senior than his younger cousin, Eugenie actually had more guests, which her dad Prince Andrew said was because his daughter has "so many friends".

Both weddings were filled with celebrity guests, with George and Amal Clooney, Oprah Winfrey and the Beckhams joining the royals for the Sussexes' big day. Meanwhile, Robbie Williams and Cara DeLevigne joined Eugenie and Jack.

Since marrying in 2018, the couple has welcomed their first child - a son called August Philip, who is almost two and they now split their time between London and Portugal.

In a sweet moment in a documentary that aired in late 2021, honouring Eugenie's late grandfather Prince Philip, she revealed young August got to meet his great-grandfather shortly before his death.

August was born on February 9, 2021, and holding back the tears, Eugenie explained: "We named August, August Philip because grandpa has been such a huge, inspiring character in my life.

"We were very lucky to do that."
