Zara McDermott has claimed that she's never had her lips done despite hitting up a celebrity cosmetic clinician in the past.
The Love Island beauty told that her look is all natural when a fan asked if she'd ever sought out lip filler.
Zara has before headed to Kiss Aesthetics - which treats a host of famous names - and appeared on their Instagram page as a client.
The clinic's followers shared heart eye emojis over Zara, with Made In Chelsea fans branding her a "beauty inside and out."
It's not clear what treatment she underwent, though fans had speculated she went to plump up her pout.
A fan recently asked during an Instagram Q&A whether she'd had lip filler, to which Zara replied with a candid selfie with a light layer of make-up to bring out her natural beauty.
"False, never had my lips done," she wrote.
Zara's always been honest about her procedures, revealing last February that she'd had jaw filler to make it more "symmetrical."
Her Instagram offerings see her regularly flooded with gushing comments.
And fans were delighted late last year to see Sam Thompson begin to reappear on her feed after their explosive split played out on Made In Chelsea.
But after weeks of will they, won't they, the pair had an emotional park bench reunion on the show and have been going strong ever since.
Zara even got a new inking as a tribute to beau Sam since reconciling.
"I got this little tat a while back. I got it for Sam," she told, revealing the tattoo of a moon next to a star on her left ankle and explaining she tells him she loves him "more than the moon and stars."
Sam's sister Louise has been championing their romance since they got back together.
And in December Zara gushed that Sam had given her the best birthday gift she'd ever received.
"Having you by my side forever is the only gift I wanted," she shared, "There is no gift money could buy that could ever top this gift that you have given me. You. You are my moon and all my stars."
