High street retailer Zara has confirmed it will be taking part in this year's Black Friday event.
Taking place on Friday, November 29, shoppers can expect savings both in store and online.
Speculation has been high as to whether the retailer would be taking part this year, reports the Liverpool Echo .
Zara, which has a store at the Metrocentre in Gateshead , only started taking part in 2017 as it usually waits for its Boxing Day and summer sales.
While the firm is remaining tight-lipped about the exact discount which will be on offer, previous years have seen 20% and even 30% off items.
Fans have been desperate to know if Zara would be taking part, even taking to Twitter to beg the retailer to tell them.
