Zach Wilson is reportedly ‘reluctant’ to step back in as the Jets starter, and NFL fans had so many jokes

The New York Jets continue to have a quarterback problem.

Tim Boyle? Bad. Trevor Siemian? Not much better. Aaron Rodgers? Not this year.

And then there’s Zach Wilson, who tripped over his own feet both literally and figuratively on his way to getting benched.

With the Jets struggling the way they are, they are reportedly leaning toward getting Wilson back in the lineup, but according to The Athletic’s Dianna Russini and Zack Rosenblatt, “He is reluctant to stepping back in.”

Why?! Dude is getting a starting job to prove himself again in the NFL and he’s just like, NOPE? I guess it would make sense if he doesn’t want to get injured?
