Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan lead group workout in Los Angeles for Bulls

The Chicago Bulls look to be getting a head start on training camp.

Reported by K.C. Johnson of NBCS Chicago, several Bulls are headed to Los Angeles this week for group workouts.

Of those participating in the workouts, Johnson listed Zach LaVine, DeMar DeRozan, Alex Caruso, Patrick Williams, Coby White, and Ayo Dosunmu.

Both LaVine and DeRozan spend their offseason in Los Angeles and are both from the West Coast so it’s likely that the two leaders of the team planned the team workouts.

Johnson didn’t mention Lonzo Ball, who also spends his offseason in Los Angeles, but according to LaVar, Lonzo’s progress is ‘coming along well’.
