Zac Taylor earning widespread acclaim and setting example with QB quarantining

Cincinnati Bengals head coach Zac Taylor has decided to take a proactive, innovative approach with his quarterbacks so far during training camp.

Taylor has kept all four of his quarterbacks in different parts of the building so far to start training camp, one of many preventative measures in place amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Adding free agent Brandon Allen has helped in this regard, as Taylor told Geoff Hobson of Bengals.com:

“We brought in a guy and we keep him apart from those other three quarterbacks, but they all still learn at the same pace. They were all out there at the walkthrough today trying to stay apart from each other, but we’ll manage it. It kind of evolves from day to day how that’s going to look.”

His approach has started to catch national attention:

Deservedly so as the Bengals try to prep for the most unique season we’ve seen.

So far, Burrow’s mere presence at his first training camp has been the big story. But behind the scenes, Taylor’s approach is something that might have him as a trendsetter around the league for training camp.
