Zac Efron no longer proud Gooner as he switches Arsenal shirt for Spurs kit

Zac Efron might want to steer clear of some parts of North London after switching sides from Arsenal to Spurs.

The US actor, 31, was a proud Gooner and wore the shirt to prove it for Arsenal’s clash with Chelsea in 2012.

But he changed kits after Spurs ace Dele Alli invited him to the club’s 1-0 win against Brighton this week.

Zac – promoting Ted Bundy biopic Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil, and Vile – admitted he “went straight to the pitch” on arriving in London.

The actor once compared footie terrace chants to poetry.

“The chants you have here are insane,” he said. “Like a long poem that every single person knows.”

The former Disney's star has won huge praise for his portrayal of the sickening serial killer in the new movie.

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile is released in UK cinemas and on Sky Cinema and NOW TV on May 3, 2019.
