Yuh-Jung Youn accepted the best supporting actress Oscar for Minari in hilarious fashion.
The actress joked about meeting actor Brad Pitt in person after the star announced her win.
"Mr Brad Pitt – finally! Nice to meet you," she said as she became the first Korean and second Asian person to win the award in the ceremony's history.
And she questioned: "Where were you while we were filming in person?"
As the room filled with laughter, the actress said she was "very honoured" to meet Brad.
She also comically corrected him on how he said her name.
She went on to pay tribute to the other nominees in the category and confessed that she "doesn't believe in competition", while also questioning how she could win over fellow nominee Glenn Close.

Yuh-Jung defeated a strong field including Glenn Close, Olivia Colman and Amanda Seyfried but went into the awards as favourite following her wins at the Screen Actors Guild and her Bafta best supporting actress award.
She continued her jovial speech by saying that she maybe won the award because of luck and say perhaps "I'm luckier than you... also maybe American hospitality for Korean actor, I'm not sure but thank you so much".
She gave her children a special thanks too: "My two boys who made me go out and work... this is the result because mummy worked so hard...".
Fans and celebrities alike quickly took to Twitter in appreciation for Yuh-Jung's words.
One labelled her as "apparently the most relatable person on Earth," while another labelled her as "the gift that keeps giving".
American singer Maren Morris tweeted crying with laughter emojis while quoting the actress.
She then wrote: "I am dying."
However, not all fans were focusing on flirty Yuh-Jung.
Some pointed out the fact that Brad failed to help the actress off the stage.
But the act - or lack of it - caused confusion, with some saying that social distancing meant he wasn't able to assist.
