A six-year-old girl has splashed out more than £6million on a massive skyscraper.

Boram who has 30million subscribers, splashed out 9.5 billion Korean won on the five-storey building in the posh suburb of Gangnam in the country's capital Seoul.

The youngster and her parents rake in a whopping £2.5million every month by running two YouTube channels.

The building, built in 1975, is on 258.3 square meters of land.

Boram Tube Vlog has 17.5million subscribers, and her Boram Tube ToyReview has reeled in 13.6million subscribers.

It means the child is one of the most-followed Korean YouTube creators.

In one of her most popular clips Boram makes noodles and slurps at the camera.

It is not know why, Boram, who is one of the most popular Korean YouTubers, bought the building.

Boram's clips have attracted negative criticism in South Korea over the values it promotes.

In 2017, Save the Children received complaints by people who were worried her clips could negatively impact the emotional and ethical development of young  viewers.

They made specific concerns over clips, which showed her Boram stealing money from her father's wallet, and appearing to drive cars on the road.

Save the Children took there concerns to court in 2017, saying Boram's parents were "gaining financial profit by putting the children in situations that could put them under mental distress and distributing the footage to the public".

After the concerns were raised the episodes were made private and Boram's parents apologised, the Korean Herald reported.

According to Forbes, the highest earning YouTuber last year was seven-year-old Ryan Kaji, the American star of Ryan ToysReview.

In 2018, he earned an estimated $22million (£17.7million) through his channel, which has attracted more than 20.8million subscribers.
