Three teens were kicked and punched after being set upon by a gang who tried to rob them in South Dublin.
Gardai arrested two juveniles after the incident which happened in Cabinteely last Sunday.
The three victims, all in their teens, were in Monaloe Park before they were approached by a gang who started kicking and punching them.
They also tried to take money before the alarm was raised and gardai jumped into action.
Two youths were later arrested and a file is being prepared for a Junior Liaison Officer.
A garda spokesman confirmed the incident and said the investigation is ongoing.
He said: "Gardaí are investigating an incident of robbery that occurred on 19th January 2020 in Monaloe Park, Cabinteely, at approximately 7:30pm.

"Nothing was taken from the injured parties. Two juveniles were arrested a short time later with a file being prepared for the JLO. Investigations are ongoing."
