Glasgow was treated to an absolute peach of a sunset last night.
Even if we can't always be guaranteed a picture-perfect summer (after all, what's Scotland without a little rain?), the long days that are topped off with sunsets like this definitely help make up for it.
The sky lit up orange, pink and purple and Glaswegians everywhere ran to their cameras to capture the perfect sight.
And the resulting snaps are nothing short of incredible.
We can't think of a better way of starting out the weekend early than by taking a peek at a beautiful sunset in our city.
Weather-wise, the good news is that it's due to be a warm day with temperature as high as 19C. On the other hand, it's going to be a bit cloudy with some chance of rain. Still, we'll hold out hope for another beautiful sunset.
