Jeremy Corbyn has hit back in a row over plans for the NHS under a UK-US trade deal.

Donald Trump said he wants “nothing to do” with the health service, despite the Labour leader claiming it is a risk under the potential deal.

The US president, during the first day of a visit to the UK for a Nato summit, insisted the NHS was not “for sale”.

But Mr Corbyn responded by asking, if that is the case, why have the trade talks being going on for two years and why were they secret?
