Trump becomes third president in US history to be impeached

Donald Trump has become only the third US president in US history to be impeached.

The move in the House of Representatives means the US leader will now face a Senate trial next month.

Members of the Democratic-led House last night voted to approve two charges against the president after a day-long debate.

The first article relates to alleged abuse of power and the second obstruction of Congress.

Mr Trump described his impeachment as “political suicide march” for the Democrats as he raged against the move at a campaign rally.

He took to the stage in Michigan just minutes before he was impeached in the House and spoke as the result came in.

The hot temperatures will be due to rising levels of greenhouse gases, experts at the Met Office said in its annual global forecast.

The prediction is based on the key drivers of climate change.

Those are the famous words Carina Lepore heard as she was crowned the winner of the Apprentice during last night’s final.

The bakery owner battled it out on the BBC show over 13 weeks to land the £250,000 prize from Lord Alan Sugar.

Lepore and finalist Scarlett Allen-Hornton were tasked with relaunching their existing businesses.

The duo then had to pitch their companies to Lord Sugar and 250 experts in City Hall in London.

Lepore said she was “over the moon” to be selected by Lord Sugar as his next business partner.
