If you're in the market for a new waterside home, then the latest phase of properties at Trent Basin are being released at an open event this Saturday, September 14, between noon and 3pm.
This new wave of seven, three and four-bedroom riverside homes and townhouses is the last chance to buy a brand new home on the water’s edge at this development, according to developer Blueprint.
The first of the river-fronting homes at Trent Basin, a development off Trent Lane, were launched in May and 80% of the released properties have now been sold or reserved.
Sam Veal, chief executive of Blueprint, said "Since our launch event in May, the response from buyers looking to make the move to one of these stunning riverside homes has been fantastic. We already have a great deal of interest in the final homes to be released at Trent Basin and we don’t expect them to be on the market for long."
At the open event, visitors will be able to view four new three and four-bedroom waterfront properties where accommodation is set over three floors and each house has a roof terrace. Views of the river are maximised by floor to ceiling windows and a winter garden with retractable full-length window. Prices of these homes start from £420,000.
The three, two-bedroom townhouses don't front the river but are just metres away. These are priced from £250,000. Again, they have a roof terrace while accommodation includes an open plan kitchen and dining area, living area and bathroom as well as en suite.
