Chroniclelive readers will tomorrow get the chance to question the candidates standing to be North of Tyne mayor .
Ahead of the mayoral elections on May 2, the Chroniclelive is holding a hustings event which will be relayed as it happens on Facebook Live.
Conservative candidate Charlie Hoult, Labour’s Jamie Driscoll, Hugh Jackson of UKIP, Liberal Democrat John Appleby and independent candidate John McCabe will be taking questions from readers.

The North of Tyne mayor will serve Newcastle, Northumberland and North Tyneside, working with council leaders in those three areas to oversee a £20m-a-year budget over the next 20 years.
The mayor will serve for five years, and has been set the target of creating around 10,000 new jobs. He will also oversee matters including adult education, housing, tourism and the rural economy.
The election - which takes place on the same day as council polls in Newcastle and North Tyneside, but not Northumberland - will use the supplementary voting system, with electors having two votes.
People in the area get the chance to make one vote for their first choice candidate, with an optional vote for a second choice candidate used if no candidate has more than 50% of the votes in the first round of the election.
