Younghoe Koo says his Jeep was stolen, asks for cleats back

The Atlanta Falcons have made some questionable decisions over the past few years, but signing kicker Younghoe Koo wasn’t one of them. Since joining the team midway through the 2019 season, Koo’s production has been incredible, breaking the Falcons’ single-season field goal record in 2020 and earning a trip to the Pro Bowl.

It hasn’t all been accolades and trick shots for the 26-year-old, though. On Sunday, Koo posted an Instagram story saying that his Jeep had been stolen.

Koo said his black Jeep Grand Cherokee was taken from an Atlanta parking lot, but he sounded more upset about losing his cleats that were in the car.

This isn’t the first offseason obstacle the Falcons kicker has faced. Last summer, Koo was kicked off of multiple football fields by police while trying to practice in New Jersey during the COVID-19 lockdown.

There’s been no word as of yet on whether Koo’s Jeep or cleats have been returned.
