Is secular Britain becoming more spiritual as younger generations seek meaning beyond the material? English Heritage this month experimentally introduced a “contemplative hour” at its religious sites, and a recent report suggested that a surprisingly large number of young people pray regularly in some form.
Meditation and mindfulness are now part of the culture and there seems to be a rising interest among the young in Tarot and “manifesting”.
We are interested in hearing from young people aged 18-34 who have found their own way to express their spiritual side.
