A young mum-of-two is planning special memories with her kids after doctors diagnosed her with Motor Neurone Disease .
Scots student nurse Jennifer Brown, 28, was in her final year of nursing when she was told she has an aggressive form of the degenerative disease.
A Just Giving page, created by Jennifer's sister-in-law Danielle Brown, has raised £7,000 in 24 hours.
Her devastated family and friends hope to raise enough cash for her to create incredible memories with her two small children over the next few months.
