Two men have been arrested following the death of a man whose body was discovered in a property in Ammanford town centre.
The emergency services were called to a property in Wind Street at around 12.30pm on Saturday where they discovered the body of a 30-year-old man.
Paramedics and the air ambulance were also in attendance but the man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two men have been arrested on suspicion of assault and remain in police custody.
A spokesman from Dyfed-Powys Police said officers are carrying out extra patrols in the area to provide reassurance to members of the public.
Police are appealing for information about the man's death and have a said those who do have information should contact 101.
