Young Harry O’Hara (10) and European Tour golf professional Gary Murphy won the inaugural Irish Junior Open Champions Match at Royal Portush.
They were competing against Parker Bonnes (7) and European Tour pro Cormac Sharvin.
The challenge game went all the way to the last green, with O'Hara and Murphy pipping their opponents to the title.
The Flogas Irish Junior Open is one of Europe’s biggest junior golf series and the event was set up to give young Harry from Newtownards (current Gary Player champion) and Parker from Ballymena (Winter Series champion) a chance to play with two top professionals on one of the world’s finest golf courses.
Speaking after the event Murphy said: "The standard of the two Champions was quite simply something I haven’t seen before from two golfers that age."
Sharvin added: "To be able to compete with two future stars was an incredible experience, I fully expect Harry and Parker to go on and achieve big things in the game."
Series founder Michael Gallagher from MG Pro Golf said: "With only a few months to go until the new Masters Champion Tiger Woods arrives at Royal Portrush, it’s great to give our Junior Open champions a once in a lifetime opportunity to play the course ahead of their idols.
