A child has been found dead in a farmhouse and a second youngster has been rushed to hospital in County Antrim.
Police are investigating the sudden death of the tot who is believed to be under the age of three, Belfast Live reports.
Officers are claimed to be treating the incident as domestic-related.
An air ambulance was called to the address Magheramorne near Larne shortly after 10am this morning.
A second child was flown to Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast by police helicopter for emergency treatment.
The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) helicopter is also understood to have been called to the scene.
It is understood the children’s mother, a nurse, is also injured.

She and her husband had moved into the farmhouse property some months ago with their children.
A neighbour told the Belfast Telegraph the family moved into the rented property a few months aho.
They said: "I believe youngest child is a year and half and the eldest a bit older.
"I've spoken to the man once, but they generally keep themselves to themselves."
Gordon Lyons, a DUP assembly member from the area, told the BBC it was clear "something horrific" had happened.
He added: "It is absolutely awful when you hear of anybody suffering in this kind of way but when young children are involved it is particularly horrific.
"My thoughts and prayers and the thoughts and prayers of everybody across east Antrim will be with the family."
The home at the end of a country lane overlooking a lough, has been cordoned off by police at both sides of the property.
Forensic experts are expected to the scene.
A PSNI spokesperson said: "Police can confirm that an investigation has commenced into the circumstances surrounding the death of a young child in the Larne area today.
"A woman in her 30s and a baby are currently receiving hospital treatment for injuries.
"The investigation is at an early stage and police are currently not looking for anyone else in connection with the death."
