
This That's already impressive line-up just got better.
Polish Club, WAAX, Budjerah, Kobie Dee, YNG Martyr, Pacific Avenue, and Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers will perform at Wickham Park on February 26.

Already included on the This That line-up are Dune Rats, Client Liaison, Spacey Jane, The Chats, Hayden James, Mallrat, Illy, Confidence Man, San Cisco and Jack River, to name a few.
Garage rock duoPolish Club have released their third studio album, Now We're Cooking, and will bring their full band to Newcastle for the festival. They already have four sold-out Australian tours to their name, an ARIA nominated debut album Alright Already, and a Hottest 100 single (Clarity).

Fresh from his ARIA and NIMA award wins, 19-year-old Budjerah is an artist to watch. He released his debut single Missing You in October 2020 which became the most played song on triple j, and followed it with hit single Higher. Budjerah performed on The Sound, Music From The Home Front, and at the AFL Dreamtime match; and collaborated with dance music superstars PNAU. He announced a partnership with Warner Records US, was named an Apple Music Up Next artist and most recently was selected as one of the artists from around the globe for #YouTubeBlack Voices Artist Class of 2022.

Brisbane rockers WAAX made waves with their 2019 debut LP Big Grief and continue to win fans, thanks in part to the fierce energy of vocalist and founder Maz DeVita.

Alt-rockers Pacific Avenue blend the sounds of classic rock and roll with a contemporary indie flavour. Their debut EP Strawberry Skies was produced with Adrian Breakespear (Gang of Youths) and they released single My Hero in 2020, followed by Easy Love.

Gomeroi artist Kobie Dee has a gift for storytelling and is one of the exciting new voices in Australian hip-hop. He signed with Bad Apples Music in 2019 and has performed alongside artists including Briggs, Jessica Mauboy, Nooky and Barkaa as part of Yabun, Sydney Festival and at the Bad Apples House Party at the Sydney Opera House.

Teen Jesus and the Jean Teasers will also be present. Channeling Riot Grrrl goodness, the unapologetic punk rockers from Canberra have signed to Domestic La La and have a new single, AHHHH!.

YNG Martyr is a First Nations artist most notably known for his viral song Nike Ticks (which has been streamed more than 75 million times).His music career began in an online video game chatroom, when a competitor challenged him to freestyle rap for his peers. After realising his natural freestyle abilities, Martyr began writing and releasing original music. His first release PUTIN also gained attention online, amassing more than 2 million Spotify streams.
This That organisers have plenty more up their sleeves, including more local artists, a couple of crowd-pleasers andthe winner of This That's triple j Unearthed yet to be revealed.
