NEW DELHI: Will it be the last season for MS Dhoni in the IPL? The question has been a national debate since the 16th edition of the cricketing extravaganza got underway late March.
While stadiums across the country, including Chennai Super Kings' home the Chepauk, have been treating this season as Dhoni's swansong, the legend on Wednesday, once again kept everyone guessing about his retirement plans.
When commentator, Danny Morrison, during the toss against Lucknow Super Giants asked Dhoni about his 'last tour', Dhoni came up with a savage response that sent the crowd at the Ekana Stadium into frenzy.
"How you're enjoying your last season?" Morrison asked to which Dhoni replied "you've decided that it's my last season". As the duo of Dhoni and Morrison burst into laughter, the latter, in happiness and excitement was heard saying 'I knew it'.
