Suzanne Shaw, La Redoute's Celebrity Mum of the Year (see previous posts here and here) has given an interview to the Sun today. And the headline they didn't give it is this: You Too Can Be Brought Up By The Best Mum of the Year.
That's right, boys and girls, Suzanne wants to adopt.
So, to help you decide whether to put yourself forward for a bit of her mothering, or perhaps volunteer your own kids, if that's more appropriate to your age, here are some insights into her character, courtesy of the interview.
She's brave. Fracturing her ankle on Dancing on Ice was "worse than childbirth".
She's impulsive. When she made lots of money with Hear'Say, she spent it on clothes: "I didn't have time for shopping properly, so I'd run into a store, sweep up a load of clothes and take them home without trying them on."
She's free of the cares of the world: "I didn't have the best advice - but I probably wasn't paying attention anyway."
And then, the big news comes ...
I've always planned to adopt ... I want to give them the start that every kid deserves. I wouldn't look abroad like Madonna or Angelina Jolie, it would be a child from this country - there are lots here that need a good home.
A good home includes coming to rehearsals with her; getting dinosaurs, trucks, cars and planes from her agent; and - almost too perfect, this - skating lessons.
