'You're now in heaven's playground' tributes to little Liverpool FC fan, 2, who died in mum's arms

Friends and loved ones have paid tribute to a two-year-old boy who tragically died in his mum's arms on Christmas Day.

Teddy Curry, from Litherland , was diagnosed with an extremely rare genetic condition just months after he was born in Decemeber 2017.

After his diagnosis, parents, Stephanie and Adam, embarked on a bucket list of adventures for their little boy which included watching a game at Anfield , visiting the Blackpool lights and a bouncing on a bouncy castle.

Teddy attended Liverpool v Newcastle on Boxing Day 2018 with his family where he met Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp.

He even met Liverpool star Trent Alexander-Arnold who was so touched by the little boy that he posted his own tribute to the little boy on Instagram.

Mum Stephanie said her son "brought so many people together, and he brought the best out of people".

The couple said that despite the loss of their son, they had been overwhelmed by the support from people.
