'You lot lost 4-0 to Liverpool!' - Fans react as Barcelona troll Chelsea on social media

Chelsea fans have been reacting in droves to a cheeky tweet from Barcelona.

The La Liga giants posted a dig at the Blues earlier today, retweeting Chelsea’s throwback to that famous Camp Nou win over Barcelona in 2012.

The win went down in Chelsea folklore and proved to be an unforgettable night on the journey to the club’s first ever Champions League title.

But Barcelona don’t remember it quite so fondly, and so their English account quote retweeted, saying “Is this a throwback to when you guys were playing in the Champions League?”

And as you can imagine, Chelsea fans haven’t reacted positively.

The Blues fans were quick to point out that the Blues actually are in the Champions League this season, while others referenced a controversial defeat to Barca in 2011.
