Despite making a name for itself with its famously spicy chicken, Nando's has recently been branching out into breakfasts too, serving chicken-free fry ups to hungry fans.
Sadly, the intriguing new breakfasts have only ever been available at either Gatwick Airport or Cobham services - until now - as Nando's has decided to open its first ever brunch pop-up.
All taking place in London's trendy Shoreditch, Nando’s Yard will be open to the public from Thursday 1st August – Sunday 18th August, and will not only be a place for chicken fans to try out new Nando's offerings, but also to play music and game for as long as you like.
On the menu you'll find the Nando's Breakfast - the chicken restaurant's take on the full English - which includes flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken sausage, eggs, a portobello mushroom, saucy fiery beans, grilled tomato and crispy corn browns, as well as the classic Spiced Maple Pancakes.
As well as showcasing rare but established dishes, Nando's Yard will also have some other brand new and exclusive menu items up for tasting, including a new veggie wrap dubbed the ‘Don Drip Wrap’, which was made by ‘Hurtin’ Me’ rapper Stefflon Don.
Steff worked with Nando’s innovation chefs to create the ultimate summertime beanie wrap, on a bed of green spinach, topped with chargrilled peppers and a grilled pineapple slice - all covered in an exclusive pineapple & coconut chutney with a drizzle of brand new Mango & Lime PERiniase on top.
Tickets for Nando’s Yard events will be available from Monday 15th July from the Nando's website , although there's no word yet on how much they'll cost.
