You can get paid to visit pubs and drink Guinness

Guinness fans are in with a chance of landing a dream job which pays to travel to pubs in Ireland and drink pints.

Travel site The Irish Road Trip wants to pay people €22 (£19.50) an hour to visit a pub, get a pint on expenses and write a 250-word review.

The successful applicant will be provided with a ‘hit list’ of Dublin hostelries where they will need to order a pint, snap a photo (a phone is all you need) and write a 250-word review, reports the Irish Mirror.

The ad on The Irish Road Trip reads: “Know someone that would like to get paid €22 per hour (and pints on us) to sample and review pints of Guinness in Dublin pubs for theirishroadtrip.com?

“It’s a dream side-gig for anyone fond of a fine pint and that enjoys writing.”

You will need to visit the pubs between November and early December and you will need to be over 18.

You can see terms and conditions and apply on The Irish Road Trip website. The deadline is September 28.
