The Manchester Evening News Business of the Year Awards 2020 takes place later this year and there's still time to enter.
Deadline for the awards is tomorrow Friday 6 March and we're urging firms across the region to submit entries for the awards before it is too late.
The prestigious event will honour businesses of all shapes, sizes and sectors and will take place at the Principal on Thursday, November 19.
The awards, now in its 28th year, are sponsored by Manchester Airport, PwC, Robert Walters, Brewin Dolphin, CMS and LDC with category sponsor, Bolton School.
M.E.N business editor Shelina Begum said: “We speak to businesses big and small across Greater Manchester about the fantastic work they are doing.
“There’s a real sense of entrepreneurship and innovation that it is taking place right across this region from firms across sectors including tech, manufacturing, construction, retail and science.

Last year’s winners included Stockport headquartered MusicMagpie, north west contractors, Russells Construction, Manchester-based Edam Group and Rochdale’s Lancashire Farm Dairies.

This award is open to businesses with a turnover of £100m+, a substantial operation which equates to a number of employees, longevity in the region and evidence of a positive impact within Greater Manchester.

This award is open to businesses with a turnover of £100m+ with a HQ based within the MEN circulation area.

This award will recognise a business that has shown excellence in expanding its international reach. The winner may have demonstrated increases in export sales, overseas partnerships or broken into new markets for the first time.
