There's not much to see on site yet - but if you've got your eye on Barratt's new homes development in Fernwood Village on the edge of Newark you'll be able to get all the gen this weekend.
The sales launch takes place on Saturday, September 28 - not at the development itself, but at the temporary sales centre being housed at the builder's Bingham development, Romans' Quarter.
Here, prospective home buyers can learn about the range of properties that will be built at the site, the site plan, buying schemes available and, most importantly, the price.
