Although the castle dates back to the 12th century, inside you'll very much find all the modern amenities you need. The property was actually restored in 2009 and now boasts six double rooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, complete with modern furnishings, running hot water, heating and all the perks that come with living in the 21st century.
There's a also a large dining room with a big table so you can all eat together - be that a hangover breakfast or a fun dinner - as well as a fully equipped kitchen, so you can whip up some hearty meals. As for relaxation, there's a sun room with gorgeous views, as well as a spacious lounge.
The best part is that you can book out the castle exclusively for your group, so you really can all live like kings and queens.

It sleeps up to 12 people making it ideal for a getaway with friends. Prices start from £1,440 a night (approx £120pp), with a minimum stay of two nights.
