Because Castle Cottage in Pengenffordd in the Brecon Beacons has a 'hobbit house' in its grounds.
The unique property, which looks like it's straight out of J.R.R. Tolkien's Middle Earth, was built by Bristol-born Tin Wheeler in 2016.
It became a successful bed and breakfast let out by Tin, 43, and his wife.
Now, the 'hobbit house' is up for sale along with the couple's four bedroom detached cottage for a total of £385,000, with estate agent Clee Tompkinson & Francis .
Tin said he built the hobbit hole on a whim.
He said: "The property came with a lot of land, so I wanted to create a garden when my wife was expecting our daughter, Edith. Someone suggested I could push it back into the hillside a little bit and put a grass roof on it and it would look a bit like a hobbit house.
"And I was like 'Oh my God, I can build a hobbit house!' so I then went completely overboard and built a hobbit house.
"It was a project that was supposed to last three to four months, but was finally completed after two years in 2015 - I got a little bit carried away.
"The hobbit house wasn't built with the intention of it being a B&B, but my wife wanted to spend time with our daughter and it was a good way to earn money."
According to Tin, the B&B had been fully booked nearly every weekend since it started three years ago.
"They come to the area because of it. Some people weren't going to come to the Brecon Beacons, but they saw this on Airbnb and decided to come and visit the area," he said.
"It means it's bringing fresh tourism."
He said the family didn't really want to move away from their dream hobbit home, but needed to live closer to their daughter's school and their friends.
"It means a massive amount to us and if it wasn't for the circumstances we wouldn't move.
"We set up a home for life. It is a perfect home for anyone who wants the good life. It has land for a smallholding and I planted a couple of thousand trees to be self-sufficient in fire wood."
According to Rightmove , Castle Cottage is a period property offering flexible three to four bedroom accommodation complete with 2.75 acres of land.
The property is a former granary which served the nearby pub, the Castle Inn, but it has been modernised and extended for family living.
The cottage has accommodation over two floors, including a lounge, study or bedroom, utility, and two wet rooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms and a family bathroom.
It even has a wood-fired hot tub on its patio, which can be used all year round.
The 'hobbit house' isn't all that's to be admired. The property also sits at the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park - an area of outstanding natural beauty.
The famous Dinus Castle Tump is directly opposite and scenic mountain walks are within a few hundred yards.
