You can now go to 'sushi school' in Edinburgh and finally learn how to make it properly

Yo Sushi is hosting courses for people who can't currently distinguish their Avocado Maki from their Salmon Nigri.

Sushi School events are running on Edinburgh's Princes Street every Sunday from 10.00 to 12.00.

Those taking part will be given a display of fishing cutting skills by a Yo chef and then be taken through a how roll different types of sushi.

Sushi school classes last from one to one and a half hours, and cost £30 per person or £50 for two people .

YoSushi say: "After seeing the fish cut, we’ll show you how to cook the perfect sushi rice at home. Then we'll show you how to roll!

"We'll take you through how to make some of our most popular dishes, step by step."

You can book a class online at osushi.com/sushi-school or contact the restaurant directly.
