You can now get a speedboat up the Clyde and pick up a Krispy Kreme doughnut on the way

There's so much to do in Glasgow that it can be easy to get overwhelmed - and that's where we come in, to tease out the best of what's going on.

And this week it has to be this fabulous boat tour - giving you a healthy dose of Glasgow, of adrenaline, memorable experiences and of course - doughnuts.

On this boat tour with Seaforce Powerboats, you get to blast down the Clyde to Braehead.

Once there, you can spent half an hour at Krispy Kreme getting your blood sugar back up, just to step on the boat and do it all again.

The ride takes between 50 minutes to an hour, including the 30 minutes getting your sugar fill, although the bosses say that times may vary due to weather and sea state.

You can hire the boat for a private group of eight to people, or book individual spaces - perfect if you have a wee person you want to impress! (But you also have to get the doughnuts yourself)

Future sailors meet at Seaforce Powerboats on the pontoons next to The Tall Ship and Riverside Museum before heading towards Krispy Kreme at Braehead.

News from the Captain: "This ride will be full of twists and turns! After devouring your doughnuts we'll head towards the Science Centre dock before returning back to base."

The crew give you a lifejacket, but advise you to bring sunglasses, a jacket and your own money.

We hope you don't get seasick!
