Amazon is well-known for its ‘limited-time’ only offers and ‘flash’ deals, but customers are used to spotting discounts during peak seasonal periods or Black Friday, not mid-February.
The world’s largest online marketplace has dropped an irresistible offer for chocolate lovers, particularly fans of Nutella, and is currently offering a six pack of 400g jars of the hazelnut spread for just £9.99.
Half a dozen jars of Nutella would normally set you back £16.14, so this is a whopping saving of £6.15 or 38 per cent, on the recommended retail price. Delivery is free for Prime members and £4.49 for everyone else.
The tasty deal was first spotted by a bargain hunter on the popular HotUkdeals forum.

The deal sparked a mixed reaction from members with many focusing on the health aspects of ordering so many jars of the chocolate spread at one time and being unable to resist the temptation.
One member replied: “Just what I needed today cheers!”
While another commented: “Waaaay too much sugar! Happy diabetes day and this ain't for kids.”
However, as the controversy continued, one member weighed in and said: “Less sugar than many jams e.g. Bonne Maman Strawberry Conserve”
The comment prompted the swift response: “Obligatory reminder that Nutella is 58% sugar.”
Nutella Hazelnut Chocolate Spread 400g, pack of 6, is on offer at Amazon for £9.99 while stocks and the offer lasts.
