After a summer of new and unusual gin infusions such as lemon and jasmine, rhubarb and ginger, brussels sprouts and even ‘unicorn’, shoppers can now buy yogurts inspired by the aromatic tipple.
Müller has launched two new flavours in its popular Müllerlight fat-free range - a six-pack with three gin and tonic flavours and three pink gin and elderflower flavours.
Priced at £3 and containing 0.5% gin, the fat-free yogurt contains no added sugar and is said to be high in protein - ideal for those following the Slimming World healthy eating plan.
Each yogurt tub contains up to two syns, depending on which flavour you choose, according to slimmingworld.com .
Michael Inpong, from Müller said: “Müller is here to add taste to everyday life, and we know that Müllerlight shoppers enjoy eating our yogurts throughout the day.
"Gin is the UK’s favourite spirit, and now people can enjoy the taste in a yogurt that is also fat free, high in protein and contains 0% added sugar.”
Müllerlight gin and tonic-inspired yogurt is available now at Tesco and Asda .
Earlier this month, Marks and Spencer announced the launch of a Clementine Gin Liqueur Snow Globe as part of their new Christmas menu.
The tipple has a festive flavour and comes omplete with edible 23 carat gold leaf pieces.
When the bottle is turned, the pieces float, creating a snow globe effect.
