Rumour has it that One Direction’s Harry Styles is a huge fan and smells like Tom Ford’s ever so popular Private Blend Tobacco Vanille. Now if you can’t afford that £164 fragrance, you can now get a candle that smells just like him for just over £60.
Now we can’t be the only ones that want our room to smell of Mr Styles - especially as we’re spending the majority of our days at home.
For those that aren’t aware, Tom Ford sells candles of selected scents and surprise, surprise - there’s an actual candle of Harry’s signature scent priced at £66.
Available from Harrods now, you can get the Tom Ford Beauty Private Blend Tobacco Vanille candle so now your house can smell just like Hazza - we’re in.
Better get in there fast because as soon as those fan girls hear about this, it’s gone.
Want to take the smell of Harry with you? Well of course you can also get the parfum version for £164 at John Lewis and Harrods as well as Amazon for £152.84 for 50ml.
Or why not treat yourself to the slightly cheaper body spray version, priced at £52 from Harvey Nichols. And when we say body spray, don’t cast your mind back to the Charlie Red and Impulse days, this is the sophisticated version for 2020 - and Harry clearly approves.
Back in 2017, hair stylist and bestie of the band Lou Teasdale took a selfie in front of Harry’s dressing table and from then on, we could only put two and two together to know that this is the fragrance Harry likes to wear, and now we do too.
Tom Ford’s affection for London inspired this scent. Reminiscent of an English Gentlemen's Club, redolent with spice. Over the weekend, American super store Target stocked a cheaper dupe of Tobacco Vanille, priced at $6.99, called ‘Cashmere Vanilla’ which obviously sold out in a matter of hours - who wouldn’t want their room to smell like the hunk himself because I know we do.
Made by Target’s brand Threshold, it vanished from stores and sold out online leaving dedicated fans devastated.
Target have since been ‘working to produce more of the candle with the Harry-esque scent’ according to TMZ, who also report that 'there's no timetable for when they'll be back in stock’. Devo.
Until then we’re happy with the Tom Ford candle and it looks bouji on our shelves too.
