You can hire a UK party house with its own nightclub, arcade and hot tubs

A huge house that is custom designed to hold massive parties comes complete with its own nightclub, arcade room and hot tubs.

If you are planning a stag do, hen night or significant birthday bash then the lavishbarn outside Newark, Nottinghamshire may be the perfect venue.

Head past the Wellow village cricket green and pretty fishing pond and you'll approach the sprawling 14 bedroom property at the top of the farm track.

In the middle of the home is a huge central area with a 28 person dining table designed for big get togethers and important dinners.

After the meal you can head downstairs to the soundproof nightclub which boasts a jukebox sound system, lighting and stage.

If ever there was a place to hop up onto the boards and perform in front of your pals, this is it.

Dutch courage to do so comes from the private bar where you'll be able to cosplay as a bar tender and pull your own pints.

Retro arcade games, table football and an air hockey table in the games room are perfect to while away an afternoon before the evening party gets started.

Three hot tubs are on hand (snaptrip.com)

On warm summer days the patio is the perfect place to laze around in the sun, while the three hot tubs on hand guarantee enough relaxing bubbles to go around.

Once you've all worn yourself out in the nightclub there are nine king sized, en-suite bedrooms as well as five twins, all of which have underfloor heating.

A private concierge can also be hired to help you cook meals, clean up and hire other members of staff if needed, including a barber and spa professional.

If you need to get some fresh air, Wellow is a short walk away and has two pubs and a number of local restaurants.

The one catch is that the property is very popular and difficult to book over the weekend due to demand.

The next available Friday to Sunday slot that is mid-September and currently costs £8,791 for three nights.

Split between 28 guests, that's £313 a person, or just over £100 each a night. You can find out more and book on Snaptrip.com.
