If you're already counting down the days until the weekend, Pizza Express is about to provide you with a lot of excitement for a Tuesday: free doughballs.
The high street restaurant chain's famous Snowball Dough Ball Day is set to return on Tuesday, 26 November
Rather than paired with garlic bread or pesto, Pizza Expresses Snowball dough balls feature the brand's same famous doughy balls, but this time covered with icing sugar.
Available to dine-in or takeaway for just £1 today (Tuesday 26 November) in all Pizza Express branches across the UK, Snowball Doughball day also marks the launch of the tasty carb-filled dessert to restaurants in the lead up to Christmas.
As well as being an absolute bargain, all money raised from sales of the pizzeria’s favourite Dough Balls will be dough-nated to Macmillan Cancer Support.
Now in its fourth year, the pizza-maker announced that since the partnership began in 2016, the money it’s raised (over £2 million), could have funded 36 nurses for a whole year.
As well as offering super cheap Snowball Dough balls, the brand will also be donating an extra £1 for every image of the doughy delights shared on Instagram using the hashtag #SnowballDoughBallDay throughout the day, up to £10,000.
If you want to go the extra mile (and also feel extra hungry), you could also add a Padana pizza to your order, with 25p from the sale of every Padana pizza also going to Macmillan.
