Following the success of its summer range, West Cornwall Pasty Co has launched a festive range inspired by the flavours of a Cornish winter; collaborating with legendary chef and sustainable living expert, James Strawbridge.
First in the line-up, packed with all the trimmings is the Turkey Roast Dinner pasty. Golden, hand-crimped shortcrust pastry, filled with turkey, mini roast potatoes, sweet parsnips and cranberries, pork and sage stuffing, gravy and, of course, one or two Brussels sprouts for good measure.
The Winter Roll is a combination of pork shoulder and belly with caramelised onions and cranberries.
The Apple and Salted Caramel pasty is soft chunks of stewed apple in buttery pastry paired with salted caramel.
