2) It doesn't matter which was which – sadly you have no option but to disallow the goal due to outside interference. Restart with a dropped ball, which, given that this collision took place inside the six-yard box, should be taken from a position on the six-yard line, parallel to the goalline, nearest to the point of contact. You also need to make sure the groundstaff have the ballboy escorted away, and include all the details in your post-match report.

3) Do not tolerate this conduct, and do not appear weak. If the captain is one of the three address your remarks to him – if not, call him over and ask him to join the group. Tell him the language and tone used was unacceptable and would have led to a red card had the culprit been clearly identifiable.
