We’ve all been there, sharing images of our food on social media - but one woman has gotten more than she bargained for when she shared an image of her breakfast.
Sharing on the Facebook group Rate My Plate Now, ‘Jesseca O’ showed off her ‘full English breakfast’ - only to cause chaos amongst users.
The breakfast includes toast, four sausages, beans, three hashbrowns, two fried eggs, and - controversially - two pieces of gammon and a huge helping of garden peas.
The peas were the big issue with other users, with many leaving comments of outrage for Jesseca O, claiming she’d confused breakfast with dinner.
The post has seen received more than 10,000 comments - and many of them see users arguing amongst themselves.
Most were outraged at the prospect of peas on a full English breakfast, with one user commenting: "Looks lovely, apart from the PEAS!!"
Another said: "Looks good apart from the peas, no one would spoil a full English like that!”, while one user commented “Peas on a full English? Great. Sons crying now. Thanks."
One user even added: "You are a monster".
Other regulars on the page took a different stance, embracing the addition of the peas.
One user commented "Love a pea with my full English", while another added "The peas are great!!!! I love them".
The Facebook page regularly shares meal ideas by users with others who are free to give their opinion.
