Award-winning South Korean-born American classical pianist Yoonie Han will perform her debut Bangkok concert at Siam Ratchada Auditorium, on April 23 at 7pm.

Presented by D&M Music Studio, the recital is the first opportunity for a local audience to listen to her flowing tones, poetic phrasing and heavenly melodies through a repertoire of music by Christoph Willibald Gluck, Ignaz Friedman, Reynaldo Hahn, Enrique Granados and George Gershwin.
Han made her solo debut with the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra when she was only 13. She has since performed with leading orchestras in Germany, Finland, the US, Canada, Italy, South Korea, Turkey and the Netherlands.
She received her bachelor's degree from the Curtis Institute of Music, her Master's of Music degree from the Juilliard School and her doctorate at Stony Brook.
She has given lectures and seminars at Harvard University, New York University, Boston University, Berklee College of Music, Indiana University, San Francisco Conservatory, San Francisco State University and many more.
Honoured as a Steinway Artist in 2012, she was the first concert classical pianist to make a tour of major Steinway galleries in the US and Europe. Currently, she is an assistant professor of piano at Hong Kong Baptist University.
Siam Ratchada Auditorium is on the ground floor of Fortune Town Building on Ratchadaphisek Road.
