The Yomiuriland amusement park plans to open its new attraction "Space Factory" on Nov. 12 at the park's Goodjoba area, which is themed after "monozukuri," or Japanese craftsmanship.
Yomiuri Land Co., with Taisho Pharmaceutical Co. as a partner, has put together a roller-coaster ride that will offer visitors a glimpse of space travel at the park in Inagi, Tokyo.
The first half of the ride will take visitors around Taisho's Lipovitan D energy drink manufacturing plant, and the second half will be about space travel.
The new attraction's opening was originally scheduled in spring, but was postponed due to the spread of the novel coronavirus.
