Oct. 28--Yolanda Foster of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" has sold her Malibu mansion for $19.495 million, public records show.
The 3.25-acre estate, which had been listed for as much as $27.5 million two years ago, was withdrawn from the market before closing.
After the reality actress acquired the property in 2007, she had the home custom-built and married musician and record producer David Foster. Ah, the busy lives of those Beverly Hills housewives.
A bar/billiards/sports room, a screening room, formal living and dining rooms, an office/library, a gym, a massage room, a sauna, six bedrooms and nine bathrooms are within the 11,622 square feet of living space. Two oversized closets (more like showrooms really) take up some of the square feet.
Naturally, there's an in-home recording studio.
Details of the three-level European-inspired villa include walls of glass, 12-foot ceilings and walnut floors. The kitchen features a floor-to-ceiling glass refrigerator.
An infinity edge pool and outdoor entertainment areas complete the grounds. Views take in the coastline, ocean and mountains.
Yolanda Foster, 51, joined the cast of "Housewives" in 2012.
David Foster, 65, has won 16 Grammys and worked with such recording artists as Andrea Bocelli, Whitney Houston and Rod Stewart.
