A man who launched glass bottles at police officers from the tenth floor of an apartment block may be tagged.
Sean Kerrigan, 27, threw the makeshift weapons out of Coatbridge’s Jackson Court in April.
They didn’t strike the police officers, but the officers were exposed to the potential consequences of Kerrigan’s actions.
Kerrigan, of Kilmarnock, will return to Airdrie Sheriff Court on October 9 after a restriction of liberty assessment has been prepared.
